Entedi makes waves with latest acquisition

Entedi, specialists in Entertainment Technology Distribution, today announced their acquisition of CP Wave, the exclusive distribution partner of Claypaky in the UK and Ireland.

Unveiling the news to the market was Entedi MD Cally Bacchus. “I am thrilled to welcome both the Claypaky brand and the CP Wave team into the Entedi family. A sentiment shared by Paddy Stacey, CP Wave Commercial Director, who added, “With locations and staff across the UK and Ireland, I can’t wait to show what we can do together with our new colleagues at Entedi.”

Alessandro Colangelo, Sales Manager at Claypaky, commented, “Entedi's approach to distribution perfectly aligns with our values at Claypaky, so we are incredibly happy to see them acquire CP Wave.”

Entedi have been going from strength to strength in recent years and are showing no signs of slowing down.

Sharing his pride on the announcement, Entedi’s Business Manager Erik Lynas said, “Adding a tier 1 titan like Claypaky to our offering is just one part of our latest growth strategy, which will see us focus on and strengthen our partnerships with our existing brands. As of the 1st September, we will cease our partnership with Elation. We will continue to provide service and warranty on any Elation product sold.”

Entedi will officially begin to distribute Claypaky in the UK and Ireland from 1st October 2024 and are committed to delivering the highest levels of product, service, and support to the industry as they move towards a record-breaking 2025.
